Michael D. Topf

Michael D. Topf is the Founder, President and CEO of Topf Initiatives. Michael has extensive experience in consulting as well as designing and conducting training courses in Executive Leadership, Management & line Employee Development and other areas of Organizational Effectiveness.

Michael has pioneered a holistic, integrated methodology to assist all levels of employee in creating an organizational culture committed to safety, health and environmental excellence thru developing safe attitudes and behaviors to prevent errors as well as accidents, injuries, health and environmental incidents.

Michael has a BS in Biology and Chemistry as well as an MA in both Applied Psychology and Theology. He was an Instructor in the Graduate Program in Health and Safety Administration at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and has published many articles in a variety of safety and health publications. He has been a speaker and presenter at numerous corporate, national and local ASSE, NSC, AIH and specialty conferences over the past 24 years on topics related to his noted areas of expertise.

Michael’s employment experience includes his being a Medical Research Assistant, a Hospital Administrator, and a Mental Health and Addictions Counselor. He founded Topf Initiatives, conducting Organizational Effectiveness Training and Consulting Services with a specialty in S, H & E Culture Change and Attitudinal/Behavioral Improvement and Error/Incident Prevention.
