It is equally important to understand
relevant safety rules, regulations and procedures,
and design and monitor efficient systems and
controls to ensure that each person takes personal
responsibility for achieving safety goals.
The Topf Safety Leadership Workshop will focus on

Topf Initiatives
Leadership for Safety training is unique and
different from other leadership training programs.
Our program focuses on assisting managers,
supervisors and other leaders in identifying what
causes them to resist their responsibility to coach
and counsel regarding safety issues and behaviors.
This then inspires them to shift their thinking and
change their own behaviors to more effectively carry
out their role as safety leaders. We provide
practical leadership, management, communication, and
behavior change skills that are essential to
creating a team where all levels of employees
participate actively and gain a sense of ownership
in their safety improvement process.
